Written and directed by Gay Studebaker and co-directed by Evelyn Luciani, Junior Giant was a dramatization of the film Giant with local Marfa children playing the various characters from the film. The production coincided with anniversary celebrations of the film’s making in Marfa.

My Self As Metaphor

A program of Marfa Live Arts’ Youth Performance Initiative (YiPI) directed by board members Nina Martin, Evelyn Luciani and Felicia Martine in collaboration with Marfa Studio of the Arts. The cast included children of the gifted and talented program at Marfa ISD. The students composed poetry that reflected their autobiographical stories.
